Rob started TKD in May of 2016 as an activity that would allow him to spend more time with his two sons and provide good exercise! He never dreamed he would enjoy it as much and remain committed to it for this long, let alone become an instructor. Roanoke TKD is a safe and enjoyable place where you are never judged and always encouraged to succeed at your own pace! Learning from Mr. Abbott and training with fellow adults and students has been a real pleasure.

It is such in amazing place to go learn and make friends. I have grown so much in my 4 years doing it.
Can't say enough great things about this school! The instructors are top notch! Mr. Abbott gets to know his students and makes sure each student receives individualized instruction when needed. He never lets students "slide" and encourages them to strive for excellence. There are multiple classes each week to choose from so kids involved in other sports, clubs or activities can still pursue those interests as well as learn Taekwondo.
