Hi, my name is Emily Abbott and I've been doing taekwondo since I was three years old. So, that means I have been training for over 14 years, 9 of those years I have dedicated to helping teach our students. I love all parts of taekwondo, but my favorite is teaching our students and meeting all the amazing families. I'm not just a level 3 instructor in taekwondo, I am also our Head Ninja Trix coach, a member of the championship national demo team, and help teach Bo Staff in the weapons class.

It is such in amazing place to go learn and make friends. I have grown so much in my 4 years doing it.
Can't say enough great things about this school! The instructors are top notch! Mr. Abbott gets to know his students and makes sure each student receives individualized instruction when needed. He never lets students "slide" and encourages them to strive for excellence. There are multiple classes each week to choose from so kids involved in other sports, clubs or activities can still pursue those interests as well as learn Taekwondo.
